As you can see, Seth loves his pacifier. He started using it a few weeks ago, and it has been helpful because he has such an intense sucking reflex. Sometimes he won't let it go :)

ReplyDeleteMy secret? Breastfeeding! (Along with sometimes forgetting lunch due to being so busy.) Other than that I just do yoga and walk, but I really haven't put much thought into getting back in shape.
